The brown haired scientist is a very old character that I couldn't draw back in 2006 because I cannot draw machinery for shit. Theo von Rozen is a former nanotechnologist of Morder-Approxim who resigned to work for Chaos. He reports to Narkotika directly as his 2nd-in-command for the superweapons division. His boss uses artificial bodies and is tired of all the 'head scientist' jokes.
