Governor of Sector 3

Governor of Hell Sector 3, Zacharov-Emile. He's a French demon. His mother was Russian and his father was French. Zacharov's umbrella eats people. He was forced to be left-handed after losing his right arm to Sector 7's governess in a duel. He still loves her though. :>

And he's always smiling because he was born that way. He eats nothing but cakes..especially the sugar laden ones. Zacharov is mostly vegetarian but demons of his kind are usually cannibalistic. 8(
