Dekadenz Noctia

Oliver was inspired from a Wikipedia article on Münchausen Syndrome when I was doing a paper on Racial Integration (holyshit 2 years ago, I feel so godammned old now). I wanted a character who was incredibly annoying and also defied logic. Since I’m developing stuff in my story, I might as well expand on the Elites’ developments.}

No one knew that the grand historian had a name, many times he was called ‘The historian’ or simply, “The baron”. Few people remember Oliver Ingwersen because there wasn’t a funeral or anything of interest to be noted, or maybe they do not wish to remember this man. He was rumoured to be the one responsible for destroying two countries during his time in the Archaia Rule. Archaia calls him by name, and at times it seemed that Archaia himself had a concerned look.. the look of a person who had created a monster. Perhaps it had something to do with the runes on Oliver’s scarf, when deciphered by the Chaos scientists, it read:

“Innocent sacrifice, truly his heart is great...
Only I can kill him.”

Hippocrates and Epicurus had a theory that he was the true chosen vassal instead of Archaia based on Anubis’ words.

The other elites are under Oliver’s supervision. They assumed he was promoted by Archaia and put under the curse of Dekadenz Noctia, whose victims were trapped in several realities, never dying but already dead. Either way, he took everything he loved with him, except Molly. She doesn’t exist, even if she did, she will not love him.

"To dream is to rule, when never awake.
Never asleep. No lives at stake."

Maybe everyone is dreaming, and Oliver’s the only one who is truly awake.
..or so he would like you to think.

He will die only when he has to, and Belarus is one of the elites who has ever dared to confront Oliver, rendering him temporarily unconscious with the Nebelung flute once. That event has gained Belarus quite a reputation even if he got his leg permanently broken by Oliver. 8D

The Ingwersen siblings share their minions. Oliver has burlap cats and Olivia has pincushion crows. They also squabble over the ownership of an unidentifiable dog called Kitty. He's a very fickle person, highly social and tolerant of others despite what they do.
