His cartel moved to Spain to expand the territories of the family under Vatos' orders. The Voncaxian-Spaniard members tend to have huge summons since they live near the beaches (LOTS OF WATER). Juan is Atilo's bff in the Voncaxian airforce, so they usually have helicopter battles like retarded children whenever they meet. He hates people who call him a white-rose Mahenzerati. Juan will bitchslap people who insult him because he's nice like that.

Juan visits America on a regular basis to check up on the accounts/revenue crap there because Atilo still thinks Tito is good but is still a rookie. Juan is hated by Tito and he doesn't give a shit because he is a fabulous old hag with a god complex and a giant anaconda.
