A long time ago, there was a country called Voncaxia situated nearby the islands of Zentrum. It was a country that was governed by a tyrannical king and queen.

When the king and queen plotted vendettas against other countries, they would first summon the infamous Rosencrati family. They were crooks and judges, thieves and law enforcers. Men and women who seldom told the truth, denizens with silver tongues. After Voncaxia was sunk, the Rosencrats found ways and means to corrupt the Zentrum and Archus government as well as interfere with the existing families in those states. Like the erratic Scathermeyers, they were vengeful folk who protected themselves well. Unlike the other families, they fought amongst themselves over petty means, killing each other in the process and laughing about it in the end. The first patriarch of the Rosencrat bloodline was a drug lord who made a pact with traitor archeologists. Since that day, the Rosencrats were associated with shadows and were regarded as a huge threat to the Archaian Rule. A variety of new skills were useful for aiding their allies in war. It was a traditional practice for Rosencrats to escort the Mendelssohn family members in their shadows. In return, the Mendelssohns followed them everywhere, healing and helping them alongside the Harpus Meyers.

Amon is the 9th patriarch of the Rosencrat family. He was killed at some point but he doesn't seem to give a shit because of his high shadow manipulating skills. Fallen Rosencrats hide in the shadows of their other family members or their beloved ones. (if they are able to learn one or two levels of the skill). He is the biggest threat among the four elites because of his inability to be vanquished. Amon is very weak towards certain curses.. though he's killed off three people who know how to get rid of him for good. He's always in a foul mood because hiding in shadows isn't a pleasant experience, it's awfully cold so he's always drinking hot alcohol and smoking. A nasty judge, he is. Amon keeps his cranky shadowfagging lawyers in check so he's the kindest patriarch the family has ever had. Really.
