I drew these two yesterday, it was kinda random but yeah.. I forgot about Vehrdammt's father.. 8D

Villem and Vehrzimmel are brothers who have different opinions and choices, it was surprising that they decided to work together to govern sector 14 in hell.


- Villem was partially destroyed by heaven hounds when he first landed in hell. He was found by Tingzhe who then sent him to Iseii for evaluation, he was considered a good leader so Iseii got him a body to attach his head to. However, Villem's soul now belongs to Iseii because the 18th governor is afraid of being betrayed. Villem was given Iseii's family insignia and gained control of Iseii's lesser minions who follow him everywhere. Seisei also decided to contribute to Villem's cause by entrusting him with her only daughter Sei. Villem's task is to oversee the other sectors in Iseii's absence and condemn angels who trespass into hell. Villem is a strict person, but he does care about others, though in ways they do not expect.


- Vehrzimmel is the father of Vehrdammt who was tried for murder and genocide. He lost everything when he was sentenced to hell. He was reunited with his brother in Sector 18 and Villem invited Vehrzimmel to help him rule sector 14, which was full of shapeshifters and elemental demons. Vehrzimmel took up the offer and was fascinated by the sinister shapeshifters. He traded his minion flames to become a shapeshifting entity after losing both his arms in a fight against Zacharov's father Antoine. Vehrzimmel is a broody character and is an alcoholic, he heard that his grandson is in hell and is not too happy about it and believes that it's all his fault. Emoangst!
