Omg a wimmenz and sucky perspective I'm so sorry..
This is Cecille, who is the 2nd-in-command of the Strata Catacombia. She was a famous ballerina who performed at the Laroux Hall in Census. Mendelssohn loved watching her dance performances.. so it was natural for him to be devastated when she died in an accident. A faulty stage light impaled Cecille on the head during the November Truce celebration. After the Chaos Organization was declared as an official political party, Mendelssohn gained custody of her corpse with Agatha’s help. Cecille became the star of the Strata Catacombia, killing trespassers with her improved deadly dance routine. Her hands rotted away before she was in custody. Mendelssohn gave her his most treasured knives and resorted to using a hatchet instead. Though she cannot speak or think well, she is grateful.
