Finally got to write about him..it'll take 3454 years to complete all the portraits for all 18 governors. Lol inking makes me cryyy.


Novotny was a pilot in the Russian Air Force, all his life he had always wanted to become a pilot. He got disowned by his father because his parents wanted him to become a scholar instead. Novotny left his family and began living on his own. He went into service to train and fight against the Germans.

In a sky battle, he encountered Vehrdammt and both of them tried to gun each other down. Both of their planes caught fire and was forced to land..Vehrdammt survived the crash but Novotny's plane crashed into him and both of them died instantly. In hell was elected at the same time as Vehrdammt and proved his worth as a leader. Novotny's body was badly damaged in war so he chose to lose his true form and take on shadow skills. He's not a shapeshifter and has intermediate ranking minions. He hides his face all the time..revealing it occassionally to people he knows well.
